Lend a Hand in Your Community
The Wallerawang Lidsdale Progress Association (WLPA) is looking for friendly and community-minded locals who may be available to lend a hand at some of our upcoming fundraising events.
Our events rely on the support of local volunteers, and even a few hours of your time can make a real difference. There’s no ongoing commitment — simply help out when you’re available and when it suits you.
How You Can Help
There are plenty of ways to get involved, including:
- Helping with event set-up and pack-up
- Cooking and serving at BBQs
- Serving food and refreshments
- Selling raffle tickets
- Assisting visitors and community members
- Helping with general event activities
You don’t need any special experience — just a willingness to help and be part of the local community.
